Steps & Stories
Coming in 2026!
Small stories. Big lessons. Real ways to overcome life’s challenges.
STEPS & STORIES is an inspiring series of short stories for 8–12-year-olds, designed especially for young students / dancers / performers. Each story follows a character facing a real challenge — from stage fright to self-doubt, setbacks in training, or navigating friendships in the dance world — and shows how they overcome it with resilience, creativity, and determination.
Packed with practical advice, guidance, and solutions, STEPS & STORIES not only entertains but also empowers young readers to navigate challenges with confidence, both on and off the dance floor.
The series can be used by young students, dancers, performers, parents, educational staff, and studio teachers as a resource to support growth, learning, and wellbeing in the performing arts.
